Did You Know Self-Confidence is Learned?

Just as you taught yourself to over drink by motivation, repetition and reward... you can teach yourself to not over drink in the same manner. 

The steps are simple.

It's like doing math.

It's just all the mental drama that gets in the way.

How do you rid yourself of your self inflicted drama? 

Manage Your Mind

You can do so by choosing thoughts that give you self-confidence.

Here are some ideas:

  1. What others think about me is 100% about them.

  2. Fear is no big deal.

  3. I can do hard things, and I'll be better for trying.

  4. I have my own back.

  5. My potential is LIMITLESS.

  6. Failure EARNS Success.

  7. The BETTER I fail, the more confident I am.

  8. So what?

  9. Moving forward increases self-confidence.

  10. Do the stuff that scares you. Repeat.

  11. Honor your decisions.

  12. I can handle any feeling.

  13. I thrive when I don't drink/over-drink.
