Welcome.  Introduction, housekeeping, and introduction to the 21 Day Gratitude Meditation. This unique 8 week program will be sending you daily emails to keep you accountable and motivated to stick to your goals and overcome daily obstacles. This is set up for maximum results.

Creating a new belief system. What creates your urges to drink comes from what you've observed and experienced from your past. You can be doing a disservice to yourself if you are constantly looking at your past for answers. Learn to accept the past as insight and not a definition of who you are becoming.

Mastering the Self Coaching Model. The new way to control your drinking is to manage your mind. You'll also learn how to make a "Drink Plan" to insure your highest level of success.

Desire and the Pleasure Principle. Willpower - Friend or Foe? It is a limited commodity. We tend to look at things/people outside of ourselves for pleasure and comfort.You'll learn to look into yourself and what Mother Nature equipped you with since the day you were born.

Habits and Goal Setting. Truly define your goals and learn how to plan for obstacles. It's one thing to talk about a goal and it's another to take massive action and see each goal to the end. Growth doesn't just happen by thinking about it, it happens when you practice on a daily basis.

Feelings and Creating Fun. Creating feelings to fuel action. Forgiving yourself. Life is about creating fun, not waiting for it to happen to you. If drinking is the only fun you have going on in your life, we will take a good look at your life and redefine the "fun" your having.

We turn to these things because we think it's the answer to the curve balls that life throws us. Life is 50% good AND 50% bad - how to be yourself in both situations. YOU: Mind - Body - Balance. What is alcohol and what does it do to your body? Insightful information for you to have in your "toolbox" so you can make the best decisions for optimal health.

Visualize Your Future Self. The best way to wrap up this journey is to celebrate the future you that set out for and that you developed over the past 8 weeks. A salute to your progress and the continued journey you will be on to keep the momentum going. You'll also learn how to not substitute one habit for another.

How long does it take to do the daily reading and homework?

In my experience I found that doing the work in the morning sets the intention for the day. Set aside 30-45 minutes (that includes time for doing the 21 Day Gratitude Meditation). Some days the homework will take a bit longer and some days a little less. Be sure you unplug and focus on this work. You signed up for these changes you so desire.
