Instructions:
Preheat mind with 100% LOVE. Show up daily for yourself. Thoroughly mix together GRIT & GRACE until well blended (not lumps). Toss out any judgements. Name three(+) positive experiences for every 1 negative experience to cultivate happiness daily. Bake over night with self-compassion. 1-2 weekly sessions with Stephanie. Repeat and don't give up!
VOILA now you have well-being!

I'm obsessed with helping women live their best life by teaching them how to flourish and thrive.
I used to live with a mind that thought I wasn't good enough. I'll admit I felt dissatisfaction because my inner critic's voice was louder and bolder than my loving and self compassionate part of my mind.
I was embarrassed and a bit ashamed that I couldn't find deep happiness.
