YES, I thrive in a HEALTHY BODY!
It doesn't have to be hard to see your future self thriving in life and not over drinking.
It needs to be practiced.
It needs to be a commitment to a mental "workout" EVERY DAY!!
You can't just talk to yourself about it.
You need to write it down.
#1 Step is AWARENESS.
You can only gain awareness if you create a daily routine to sit down with yourself for 15 minutes and listen to your thoughts and WRITE THEM DOWN!
#2 Step is create a sentence that you want to believe.
"I thrive in sobriety".
"I can go to a social occasion and I don't WANT alcohol".
"I thrive in a healthy body".
#3 Step is visualization (believe it).
What do you look like in the future? What do you talk about? What do you say to yourself? What advice would your future self give you?
#4 Step is MASSIVE ACTION.
Practice and repeat. Says your new thought all day long. Say yes to who you will be in the future.
Every answer IS "YES".
Yes, I thrive in sobriety; Yes, I live in a healthy body.
It's not about what you have to say no to,
it's about what you say YES to!
Don't default into believing your negative thoughts of your past.
You can create a new story today!
1. Decide what you want to believe by visualizing it.
2. Create a sentence.
3. Accept it as true.
4. Practice and repeat.
