It REALLY Can be Easy To Stop Over Drinking

What if stopping over drinking is easier than you expected? The number one thing I hear my clients say, "It's going to be so HARD!" If your jumping off point for stopping over drinking is coming from a place of lack or a negative thought... Guess what? That's what your experience will be. What if you came to the idea that stopping over drinking could be EXCITING? Take out the drama. Take away the fear. Can you look forward to the new you just like you look forward to a luxurious vacation? Spend some time imagining what your life and YOU will look like if you stop over drinking. Day dream for a few minutes RIGHT NOW! If this road to stop over drinking was simple, what would it look like? How would you make it simple for yourself? What tools do you need? Who will be your support system? What will you arm yourself with to step up to the plate to get the job done and win this game? I've suggested so many things that you can use to get the job done. You'll have miles and miles between you and your last drink or your last over drinking episode. Ask yourself the RIGHT questions to get you started. It's not the HOW it's the WHEN!  Don't get stuck on the how. Get going on the when! The answer should always be YES, right now! Say NO to DRAMA TODAY!
