Try This One Thing

Doesn't it feel good to clean your house. 

Things are put away.

There is little to no clutter.

We need to do the same thing with our thoughts.

We need to clean them out.

For the month of September commit to cleaning out your thoughts by spending 10 minutes

each morning and writing them all down. 

Just like the clutter in our house makes us cranky, so does the clutter in your mind. 

We can't see what's going on in there if there are layers and layers of unconscious thoughts.

You could uncover the sneaky thoughts that keep you in the patten of over drinking. 

You could find a lost treasure of thoughts that motivate you to take a break from drinking.
