Happy Hour

Updated: Jul 30, 2020

I want to point out that there is nothing outside of you that will make your life change.

Understand that any changes in your life come from within you. Your mind and your thoughts.

Happy Hour, vacations, and special events will always be in our lives.

You will always be invited.

It's not the event that makes us drink, it's our mind and our thoughts.

The alcohol doesn't make the party fun, it's the people, it's you.

There is no personal relationship with alcohol. It is one sided.

When you cut back on drinking or choose to say no to alcohol, don't think of it as being deprived.

Think of it as thriving.

You choose to thrive rather than live in a vicious cycle of not "being in control" and keep experiencing the negative consequences of over drinking.

You choose.

I get asked about my program and here is a brief description of how it works.

In my program I deliver and teach you tools and how to implement them in a way that will guarantee success.

There is science behind the methods.

The best example is Pavlov's dogs. They were conditioned to drool when they heard a bell before they were given their food.

Our so called bell is our thoughts. We have a thought that creates the desire to drink and the reward we get is the dopamine hit when we consume alcohol. Then, over another experiment on conditioning- the dogs were conditioned to not drool when they heard a bell after a period of time of not getting the reward-- I teach you the same with not answering an urge to drink.

The urge will go unanswered. Your desire to drink will diminish.

You will harness your prefrontal cortex.

I'll show you your mind.

You will live a conscious life not a life of numbing out and regret.

You will learn how to navigate situations and trust yourself and your thoughts.

P.S. Don't miss out on the FREE Web Class (discounted pricing and bonuses for those who watch - limited time only). Find out how to cut back permanently and to trust yourself around booze. Find out are your cravings normal? How do you manage urges and not give into them? Register NOW!
