I know it's one thing to read and know the facts and science about alcohol and what it does to our bodies but it's truly another skill to know how to manage your mind when it comes to that ever so difficult choice to pour a drink or not pour a drink. The retraining of the brain is where the hard work comes into play.
There is no shame in needing help and guidance to retrain your brain to stop the habit of over drinking.
