Are you waiting for the life you want to come knocking on your door?
The good life doesn't just show up on your doorstep!
Fun doesn't just "happen".
Joy doesn't just "happen".
Relaxation doesn't just "happen".
Mindfulness doesn't just "happen".
An organized house doesn't just "happen".
A romantic life doesn't "just happen".
A life with less alcohol doesn't just "happen".
We must all work for the things we want.
If you want change you must create it.
There is no magic pill.
Only hard work.
If looking at a large goal creates overwhelm and confusion... you must start by taking small steps.
"A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step."
If you start and find yourself "stuck" take a step back on ask yourself quality questions.
What can you observe in those moments with curiosity to find the patterns in your life that keep you on the hamster wheel?
There are no failures only life lessons.
The sweetest rewards in life come with hard work. The harder you work the stronger you'll be.
I didn't achieve my goals by only dreaming about them. I achieved them because I moved forward even when I felt like shit! Even when I thought I had no more energy in me. I wouldn't allow myself to keep thinking the old thoughts that kept replaying in my mind.
Where do you begin? Awareness of your thoughts - every time.
Everything begins with a thought!
You must listen to the thoughts that keep you stuck and questions them.
Then you must create thoughts that inspire the feelings of motivation and perseverance.
I cleaned out the old thoughts just like I clean the clutter in my house. You must commit to getting rid of old beliefs so there is room for new beliefs.
It's time for you to start cleaning and decluttering and working on creating new thoughts and not waiting for the "good life" to just show up on your doorstep.
If you need motivation and a partner on your side... you know where to find me.
