The Unmanaged Mind

Your weekend is upon you. You are convicted to not drink and/or follow your drink plan.  What is in your tool box that you can grab to help you stick to your goals? Create a delicious mocktail. Meditate. Write down and collect your urges. Fill your mind with counter drinking information, i.e. a podcast, blog posts, FB sober support groups, etc. Revisit your compelling reason why you want to cut back or quit drinking.  When we go off our drink plan is when we have an unmanaged mind.  Keep on top of your thoughts and feelings.  Journal. Close your eyes and create a vision of you in your future. What would she be doing today that would keep her on her path? Enjoy your every weekend the way you planned for yourself.
